New River Gorge Overview
The New River Gorge is one of the most iconic whitewater destinations in the eastern United States. Flowing beneath the towering New River Gorge Bridge, the river delivers powerful rapids, rugged Appalachian scenery, and one of the country’s most popular rafting runs.
